ABOUT US

 Root cheesecakes are entirely plant-based & created by chef Karrie Hills. The inspiration for these delectable treats came from Karrie’s mother during her battle with colon cancer... Karrie was in search of something for her mom that was nutrient and protein dense, delicious enough to eat every day, and without all of the unnecessary added sugars and  ingredients that are detrimental to a body in the process of healing itself. Karrie couldn't find anything like this, so she created it herself!  4 years later her mom is cancer-free and still eats her Root to Fruit cheesecake every day.

 

We believe in truly healthy food for people, producers and the planet! That's why we're proudly Certified Organic -- and our main ingredients are soaked for optimal digestive support! Main ingredients include cashews, sesame seeds, assorted mixed seeds, mulberries, agave, Celtic sea salt, and hemp hearts.
